SOUND & CONTROL
Your music.
Your way to control.
AirFi One combines three functions. Knowing how they connect makes it easier to decide whether it suits your room.
Music uses Bluetooth.
Connect your phone or other compatible Bluetooth device to AirFi One for music playback. Wi-Fi is not required for Bluetooth music. Playback comes from your connected device; the WindGroove app does not play or stream music.
The remote also controls playback.
The official manual shows fan and lighting controls, plus volume up/down, play/pause and previous/next track buttons. Your paired Bluetooth device supplies the audio. You do not need Wi-Fi or the app for basic remote control.
| How you connect | What it does |
|---|---|
| Bluetooth device | Supplies music to the speaker; no Wi-Fi required. |
| Included remote | Fan, lighting and playback buttons. See manual page 12 for pairing and operation. |
| Wi-Fi + app | Optional settings and fixture controls; no music playback or streaming. |
The app is optional.
Connect AirFi One to your home Wi-Fi to use the WindGroove app for device settings and controls. Keep Bluetooth playback and app control distinct: the app manages the fixture, while your connected Bluetooth device supplies audio.
Use each element independently.
The fan, main light, RGB ambient lighting and speaker can be used independently or together. Listen without running the fan, use everyday light on its own, or combine the elements to suit the moment.
One integrated fixture, one installation decision.
The built-in speaker leaves your shelf clear and puts sound overhead. A separate speaker offers more freedom to move it around. AirFi One requires a ceiling installation; choosing it means checking the whole fixture, not just the audio features.
